How do people make decisions?
As a user interface designer, this question keeps me busy every day. Especially in this day and age in which the advancing digitalization dominates our everyday and professional lives, we are flooded with thousands of micro-decisions.
This is why I wanted to dig deeper into how users make decisions online and what effect this process has on the useres mental health.
